Stacking Hall Lead

POSITION SUMMARY:

Employee will oversee daily stacking hall operations to ensure accurate pallet counts, proper labeling, and documentation.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Monitor and record employee break times to ensure compliance with company policies. Enforce rotation procedures to support ergonomic safety and maintain stacking consistency. Accurately record all finished pallets by amount and time. Visually inspect pallets during production to prevent mixed product, mislabeling, or incorrect counts. Communicate directly and consistently with the Warehouse Supervisor and/ or Manager regarding production flow, issues, or material needs. Enforce all safety protocols, including PPE usage and safe stacking practices. Support training of new stacking team members and model proper stacking and documentation procedures. Act as a point of contact for immediate problem-solving within the stacking area. Overtime may be required based on production needs.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Required Education: High School Diploma or GED Required Experience: 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment. US Hourly Pay Range

$20—$20 USD
