Description We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer who shares our commitment to excellence. You will work closely with our development team to create and maintain our industry-leading SaaS platform. Your focus will be on writing clean, efficient code, designing robust architectures, and ensuring that our solutions are built to last—without accumulating technical debt. Responsibilities Develop high-quality software design and architecture by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Identify, prioritize and execute tasks in the software development life cycle. Develop tools and applications by producing clean, efficient code. Automate tasks through appropriate tools and scripting. Review and debug code to ensure the software is of the highest quality. Document development phases and monitor systems. Ensure software is up-to-date with the latest technologies. Qualifications Experienced Backend Developer, with a track record in Django web framework. Knowledge in Python 3, and familiarity with Django 4.2 or later web framework. Strong understanding of linear algebra, including matrix operations and transformations, alongside basic proficiency in statistics, probability, and experience utilizing Python numerical libraries like Numpy, Matplotlib, Open3D, Pytorch and Scipy. Demonstrated expertise in Open3D, including working with mesh and 3D models, point cloud processing. Can read/review/optimize/debug large code bases and give suggestions how to improve/refactor by following good practices of software engineering. Proficiency in using code versioning tools, such as Git. Familiarity with RESTful API, and RPC services. Proficient understanding of software development methodologies. Good communication skills in English, a team-oriented mindset, and a strong work ethic.
