Built for drivers who value consistency, strong miles, dependable freight, predictable schedules, and a straightforward approach to trucking. Compensation and Earnings: We know you work hard and believe you should be rewarded for it. That's why we offer competitive weekly pay of $1,500 to $1,625, deposited directly into your account each week. Home Time Schedule: We get it - you love the open road, but you also love your family and friends. That's why our Northeast regional runs are designed to get you home every other weekend for two full days of relaxation and recharging. • Home every other weekend for two full days • Flexible scheduling options available You'll be hauling 100% no-touch freight, so you can focus on what you do best - driving. Equipment You'll Operate: With Jamie Tharpe Trucking, you'll enjoy our late-model trucks, equipped with TVs, Sirius XM, Direct TV, and a microwave mount. Benefits Package: We've got your back with medical, dental, vision, a 401K with company contributions, and holiday and vacation pay. Plus, we've got a variety of additional driver-focused perks. Minimum Qualifications: Here's what you'll need to join our team: a valid CDL-A, at least 6 months of tractor-trailer experience, a clean driving record, and a commitment to safety. Getting Started: We'll fly you out to orientation, put you up in a private room, cover all your meals, and pay you while attending.
