Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) | Details and Compensation:

• Location: Columbus, NE 68601 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $20.00/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Rotating 12-hour schedule | 6:00 PM–6:00 AM
• • Week 1: 2 days on / 2 off / 3 on; Week 2: 2 off / 2 on / 3 off
  • Must be able to work flexible and/or extended hours as needed

Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) | Summary and Highlights:

The Manufacturing Production Operator supports day-to-day production by performing routine manufacturing functions such as packing, assembling, labeling, and inspecting product under supervision. This role also maintains accurate documentation and logs in regulated environments and works as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) | Responsibilities:

• Perform routine production functions including filling, packing/packaging, assembling, labeling, and product inspection
• Follow standard operating procedures and supervisor/team lead instructions
• Maintain accurate production records and logs in accordance with quality and regulatory standards
• Support team goals and contribute in a cooperative, team-based environment
• Rotate into different tasks and responsibilities as assigned
• Use basic math skills and read/interpret written specifications in English

Manufacturing Production Operator (Molding) | Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (required)
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English and perform basic math calculations
• Ability to report to work consistently and on time
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred (candidates with prior manufacturing experience receive first preference)
