LPN Licensed Practical Nurse (Direct Care) Full & Part Time Options Available: All Shifts. PRN/Per Diem NOT Currently Accepted. 1+ yr of Long Term Care Experience as an LPN Required. We provide skilled nursing care to people recently discharged from the hospital, needing therapy & to those needing long-term care.
