General Dentist – Pascagoula / Vancleave, Mississippi

About the POSITION:

An established, multi-location family dental group is seeking a Full-Time General Dentist for opportunities in Pascagoula and Vancleave, Mississippi .

This is a well-established practice focused on providing comprehensive, patient-centered dental care in a comfortable and professional environment. The organization operates several locations throughout the Mississippi Gulf Coast region and offers a broad range of services, including general, restorative, cosmetic, pediatric, implant, emergency, and orthodontic dentistry.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time General Dentist
• Opportunities available in Pascagoula and Vancleave, MS
• Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Work alongside at least one other dentist
• Treat patients of all ages
• Full-scope general and family dentistry
• Established patient base and experienced support staff

About the COMP & BENEFITS:

• $120,000–$150,000 base salary
• 30% commission above an established production threshold
• Transition to 30% of collections after the initial period
• Strong earning potential for a productive dentist
• Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule
