Applicants for the Director of Product Growth position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in product growth or consumer product roles within high-growth environments. A strong background in driving user acquisition and engagement through product initiatives is essential, as is an analytical mindset with experience in experimentation, metrics, and performance tracking. The role requires the ability to move quickly from idea to execution, strong ownership, and comfort in working cross-functionally with engineering and design teams. Experience in fast-moving, ambiguous environments, particularly in startup or scaling companies, is a must.
