Foreign Assistance Program Analyst

Job Family: Operational Effectiveness Consulting Travel Required: Up to 10% Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Secret What You Will Do: The Foreign Assistance Program Analyst will support a government client and the responsibilities will include: Assist in the design, implementation, and monitoring of foreign assistance programs Support the development of program plans, budgets, and performance frameworks in alignment with U.S. foreign policy goals. Coordinate with regional and functional bureaus, overseas missions, and interagency partners to gather program requirements and track progress. Prepare briefing materials, performance reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to communicate program progress to senior leadership and stakeholders. Evaluate program outcomes and identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Provides knowledge management support by organizing site structures, managing content, and improving collaboration through workflow development and user guidance. Assist in drafting policy guidance, strategic plans, and foreign assistance portfolio reviews. Support coordination meetings, consultations, workshops, and interagency reviews. What You Will Need: Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE "SECRET" or higher-level clearance are preferred Bachelor’s degree TWO (2) years or more of experience in foreign assistance, international programs, federal government programs, or related work. What Would Be Nice To Have: Master’s degree in a related field. Experience with U.S. foreign assistance programs (e.g., Department of State, USAID, DOD security cooperation). The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
