Compensation Hourly Rate: $18.00 – $20.00 Key Responsibilities of the Bilingual CSR Inbound Support: Manage a steady volume of incoming phone calls and digital inquiries with speed, professionalism, and courtesy. Information Resource: Act as a reliable subject matter expert, offering customers clear and accurate details regarding available programs and services. Problem Resolution: Efficiently investigate and resolve client concerns to preserve high levels of satisfaction and retention. Precision Documentation: Maintain accurate customer records by entering detailed account notes and updates in real time. Team Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to streamline workflows and address complex customer needs effectively. Bilingual Communication: Leverage language skills to provide seamless service and clear communication for Spanish‑speaking clients. Qualifications of the Bilingual CSR Previous experience in a call center or high‑touch customer support environment is required; a medical or healthcare background is highly preferred. Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) is strictly required. Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining strict accuracy and organization. Comfortable navigating CRM platforms, multi‑line phone systems, and standard office software suites.
