Job Description

We are seeking a Principal Site Reliability Engineer / Cloud Architect with strong experience designing, implementing, and supporting highly scalable and reliable AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong architecture and engineering background, excellent AWS expertise, and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code, CloudFormation, Terraform, and Python .

Primary Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and implement scalable, highly available AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code using AWS CloudFormation (YAML) and Terraform .
• Design and support AWS services including EC2, ECS, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancing, Lambda, SQS, S3, EFS, and RDS .
• Develop automation and operational tooling using Python .
• Ensure reliability, scalability, availability, and performance of cloud infrastructure.
• Participate in cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, and engineering initiatives.
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues across AWS environments.
• Establish cloud infrastructure standards, best practices, and automation strategies.
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, security, and infrastructure teams.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance on AWS solutions.

Required Skills

• Strong Architect/Engineer experience in cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive hands-on AWS experience.
• AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional certification.
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) .
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation YAML and Terraform .
• Strong knowledge of EC2, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Lambda, SQS, S3, EFS, and RDS .
• Strong Python scripting/programming experience.
• Experience designing highly available, scalable, and resilient cloud environments.
