In specialised tax services at PwC, you will focus on providing tax advice and solutions to clients in complex and niche areas of taxation. This includes areas such as accounting methods, fixed-assets and research and development tax credits.

The Opportunity
As part of the Specialised Tax Services team you are expected to lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors who provide benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Director you are expected to set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining impactful executive-level client relations. You are expected to provide exceptional technical knowledge and specialization, coupled with the One Firm knowledge that brings everything PwC offers to solve our clients' needs.

Responsibilities
- Set the strategic direction for tax advisory services
- Lead business development initiatives to drive growth
- Oversee multiple tax-related projects and confirm quality delivery
- Maintain and enhance executive-level client relationships
- Provide specialized technical knowledge and industry insights
- Foster a culture of digitization and automation within the team
- Mentor and develop the future generation of tax leaders
- Promote the integration of PwC's broad service offerings

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

The salary range for this position is: $150,000 - $438,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
