EHS Specialist

Location: St. Louis Park, MN 55426
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay Rate: 45–$50/hr

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced EHS Specialist to support environmental, health, safety, and industrial hygiene programs at a medical device manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead site EHS programs and ensure regulatory compliance.

Manage environmental permits and regulatory reporting.

Conduct EHS audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.

Oversee industrial hygiene and occupational exposure monitoring.

Support incident investigations, OSHA recordkeeping, and corrective actions.

Partner with site leadership to improve safety culture and EHS performance.

Support EHS systems such as Cority and/or ETQ Reliance.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in EHS, science, technical field, or equivalent experience.

4–5+ years of EHS experience, preferably in manufacturing.

Knowledge of U.S. and Minnesota EHS regulations preferred.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Cority/ETQ experience is a plus.
