Job Title: Production Worker Job Description

Join a well-established metal fabrication company as a Production Worker, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our manufacturing operations. This position is perfect for individuals who are dependable, physically capable, and eager to grow within a stable organization.

• Use pallet jacks to move orders efficiently.
• Stage orders for loading dock shipments.
• Verify orders using pick sheets to ensure accuracy.
• Wrap pallets of finished products for shipping.

• 6-12 months of experience with pallet jacks and shipping/receiving.
• Ability to read and speak English fluently.
• Physical stamina to stand and move for most of the day.
• Reliability in attendance and readiness to work.
• Attention to detail in following instructions and maintaining quality standards.

• No certifications or technical degrees required.
• Must be able to lift and move materials as needed.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented production or warehouse setting.

Work hours are from 6AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The work environment includes a clean and organized fabrication shop with a more blue-collar feel. You will be part of a 3-4 person production/shipping team in spacious work areas with designated stations. The environment is fast-paced and production-style, with a team-oriented atmosphere. Steel-toed boots, long pants/jeans, and a tee shirt are required. Must be comfortable standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift in an indoor facility with moderate noise levels typical of a manufacturing setting.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
