Overview As a Dishwasher at our restaurant in Las Vegas you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and efficiency of our kitchen. Your primary responsibility will be to wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils and cooking equipment used during service. You will work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that dishes are returned to the line quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities Wash, rinse and sanitize all dishes, utensils and cooking equipment. Organize and stock clean dishes for efficient use by the kitchen staff. Assist with basic food prep tasks such as peeling vegetables or portioning ingredients. Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area. Follow proper sanitation procedures to ensure food safety. Communicate any supply or equipment needs to the kitchen manager. Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with the demands of a busy restaurant. Qualifications Prior experience as a dishwasher preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Knowledge of basic food safety practices. Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
