Human Resources Director

*Only the most qualified candidates will be contacted This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR leader who enjoys operating at both the strategic and tactical levels. Our client, a growing healthcare organization is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as a key member of the leadership team, helping guide workforce strategy, strengthen organizational culture, and build scalable HR practices that support long-term success. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role will have significant visibility across the organization and will partner closely with senior leaders to drive employee engagement, leadership development, talent acquisition, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the day-to-day realities of HR operations when needed. Relocation support will be offered for the right candidate. What You’ll Do Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute workforce and talent strategies Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and change management Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, retention, leadership effectiveness, and culture Oversee recruiting strategy, hiring processes, onboarding, and workforce planning efforts Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and HR best practices Develop and improve HR systems, policies, processes, and manager resources Lead, coach, and support a small HR team while helping build future HR infrastructure What They’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience Strong knowledge of employee relations, employment law, compliance, and workplace investigations Experience partnering with executive leadership and influencing organizational strategy Background in benefits, compensation, performance management, and talent development HRIS experience required; ADP experience preferred Healthcare, hospital, or other highly regulated industry experience strongly preferred PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus Why This Opportunity Stands Out Direct partnership with the CEO and executive leadership team Opportunity to influence culture and organizational direction Ability to balance strategic leadership with hands‑on impact Lead and develop an established HR team Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Chance to make a meaningful difference in a community‑focused healthcare organization This position offers the opportunity to become a key leader within a mission‑driven organization serving its region with excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lutz
