About the Position After a successful first year and great feedback from our clients, Zoomin Groomin of Montco West is expanding our team. We’re looking for an experienced groomer who wants to join a successful local business and be part of what we’re building next. My wife and I are the local owners, and we’ve created a supportive work environment where groomers can focus on their craft, build lasting client relationships, and have the support of owners who are involved in the day-to-day business. Instead of working in a busy salon, you’ll groom one pet at a time in a fully equipped mobile grooming van, giving you a calmer environment and the space to do your best work. What You’ll Do Complete professional grooming services from start to finish Work with each pet individually and keep them comfortable throughout the appointment Communicate with pet parents about grooming preferences and their pet’s needs Build relationships with clients and their pets Keep the grooming van clean, organized, and ready for each appointment Safely travel between scheduled appointments What We’re Looking For 2+ years of professional pet grooming experience Ability to complete grooms independently Comfortable working with different breeds, coat types, and temperaments Valid driver’s license Reliable, organized, and professional Strong communication and customer service skills Takes pride in consistent, high-quality work Enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team Compensation & Perks 50% commission on grooming services 100% of tips Typical daily earnings of $250–$500 Flexible full-time or part-time schedules Yearly bonus Employee discounts Groomer’s Choice product discounts Additional team perks We’re growing because our clients value the experience we provide, and we’re looking for another experienced groomer who wants to be part of that continued growth.
