We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC/Plumbing Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for our diverse client base. You will diagnose technical issues, perform routine preventative maintenance, and ensure all systems operate at peak efficiency and safety. We focus on high-end boiler/hydronic system installations and maintenance, ducted forced air A/C and ductless mini split A/C systems. We also respond to all types of plumbing, heating, and HVAC service calls. We do not do remodels, new construction, septic systems, or drain issues.The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong technical background and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in residential or commercial settings
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are functioning correctly
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC units
• Replace worn or defective parts such as motors, thermostats, and filters
• Clean and service condensers, coils, and drainage systems
• Test pipe or tubing joints and connections for leaks using pressure gauges
• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate records of all service calls, repairs, and installations
• Comply with all local building codes and safety regulations
• Provide clear explanations and recommendations to customers regarding their systems
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work solo or as a team on service calls and large projects

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar mechanical role. Three (3) years of experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and testing equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and electrical schematics
• Excellent physical stamina and the ability to work in confined spaces or at heights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellence in customer service and communication with customers
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Summer/Fall is our busiest season, which provides flexibility in work schedule the rest of the year. We value work-life balance and having time to do the things our team loves outside of work. We are open Monday-Friday 8 A.M-5P.M.
