Scope of the Role

As a Housekeeper, you’ll protect the club’s standards by keeping key areas clean, orderly, and member-ready. This role exists to ensure every space reflects the level of care our members expect.

Key responsibilities include:
- Clean and maintain dining areas, locker rooms, offices, restrooms, and shared spaces
- Replenish supplies and keep storage areas organized
- Address immediate facility needs as they arise and communicate issues promptly
- Follow established cleaning and safety procedures while working efficiently

Required qualifications/skills:
- Dependable, detail-focused, and able to manage time across multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently and in coordination with the team
- Physical stamina for standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive tasks
- Prior housekeeping/custodial/hospitality experience is helpful, not required

How Your Day Flows

Your shift starts by scanning the club’s highest-traffic spaces and setting a smart route for the day. You move steadily from one area to the next, resetting rooms so they feel calm, polished, and ready for members at any moment. Between peak periods, you check supply levels, tidy back-of-house areas, and pivot quickly when an unexpected need comes up. Throughout the day, you stay focused on the small details—presentation, freshness, and consistency—so the overall environment feels effortless to guests and teammates alike.
