Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Manager for an 8-week assignment working Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM with 40 guaranteed hours per week. The RN Manager will oversee daily nursing operations, provide leadership and clinical support to staff, ensure quality patient care, and maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This position requires strong leadership, communication, and operational management skills. Requirements: 2+ years of RN leadership or management experience required
Active RN license required
Strong clinical nursing background required
Experience managing staff schedules, workflow, and performance preferred
Knowledge of quality improvement and regulatory compliance standards preferred
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills required
Ability to collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams required
Experience with staffing, budgeting, and departmental operations preferred
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities required
