Global Compensation Strategist

A leading educational service provider is seeking a Compensation Manager to design and administer compensation programs. In this role, you will be responsible for market competitiveness, managing compensation strategies, and advising on job evaluations and retention strategies. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in compensation, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
