Location: Marshall, MI, and Battle Creek, MI (Job involves travel between two facilities approximately 17 miles apart)

Shift: Days, 8 hours/day

Hours/Week: 24-32 hours/week

Licensure/Certifications: Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Michigan

Experience: Prior outpatient therapy experience preferred but not mandatory

Hourly Pay Rate: $56.95

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Assess patients' functional abilities and progress
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
• Ensure safety and proper use of assistive devices
• Meet patient care goals within scheduled hours

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license or applicable state license in Michigan
• Basic knowledge of outpatient therapy protocols
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Prior outpatient therapy experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

About the Assignment This outpatient OT role is based at a leading healthcare facility in Marshall, MI, with work spread across two locations.
