Location: Lenexa, KS (Fully Onsite)

Schedule: Full-time, standard business hours

✈️ Travel: 25–30% (may increase up to 40%)

Position Overview

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager with a focus on Electronics Commodity to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role serves as a key point of contact for resolving supply chain challenges, ensuring supplier performance, and maintaining production flow.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver who can remove roadblocks, drive supplier accountability, and deliver both short-term solutions and long-term process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a primary point of contact to resolve supply chain disruptions and production risks
• Manage supplier relationships and ensure on-time delivery and performance
• Drive supplier accountability through performance management and escalation handling
• Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Program teams
• Monitor and resolve shortages, delivery gaps, and supply risks
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
• Utilize data and systems (SAP, Excel) to support decision-making and reporting
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Required Qualifications

• Direct experience in Electronics Commodity (required)
• Supply Chain experience (required)
• SAP experience (required)
• U.S. Citizenship required
• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years
• Ability to work fully onsite in Lenexa, KS

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments
• Strong supplier management and delivery assurance experience
• Experience with Lean, process improvement, or project management
• Proven ability to resolve complex supply chain issues and drive results
• Advanced skills in SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
