Software Control Account Manager Join Collins Aerospace as a Software Control Account Manager, responsible for managing integrated program schedules, earned value metrics, and supporting stakeholders for mission‑critical systems in the Strategic Nuclear Deterrence domain. Location Richmond, Texas (US‑TX‑RICHARDSON‑461) Responsibilities Provide direct support to stakeholders to answer questions and solve technical issues. Work with other team members and domains to maintain and develop tasks and provide status on program schedules. Produce quantifiable metrics for an integrated program schedule. Provide monthly and quarterly reports on current earned value metrics. Communicate and collaborate with other Senior and Principal Level Software Engineers. What You Will Learn Gain knowledge within the Strategic Nuclear Deterrence domain. Acquire experience and opportunities to lead beyond the Control Account Manager position, including roles such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Software Lead. Become a subject‑matter expert and leader in communication technologies with exposure to the variety of business and products in an evolving field. Qualifications Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree and minimum 3years of experience. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government‑issued Secret security clearance. Previous professional experience in finance, earned value, and working as a Control Account Manager (CAM). Experience working in MS Excel and MS Project. Preferred Qualifications Experience maintaining a software development team’s cost and schedule. Experience developing and maintaining an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). Demonstrated experience with the JIRA application tool. Experience in Agile development methods, including Scrum, automated testing, and continuous integration. Background in software development lifecycle models and processes for Department of Defense contracts. Experience with monthly and quarterly financial budgets.
