Evening Customer Experience Lead (NPS)

Hertz is seeking a Customer Experience Associate in Syracuse, NY. You will provide exceptional counter service, resolve issues on first contact, and act as the primary NPS liaison to improve guest satisfaction daily. You will need 3+ years in customer service, strong communication, and leadership skills, with willingness to work 4pm–midnight and open availability, including holidays and weekends.
