Graduate Sales Consultant - Recruitment

Location: Dallas (Oak Lawn) | Office-based for the first 8 weeks, then hybrid with 4 days on-site Start Date: September 21st Our client is investing heavily in the growth of their Dallas office, creating an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Entry-Level Recruitment Consultant to join a high-performing team. This is a sales-led recruitment role where you'll be responsible for developing new business, building relationships, generating revenue and growing your own specialist market. You'll be picking up the phone, prospecting new opportunities, negotiating and working towards clear commercial targets, with uncapped commission rewarding the results you deliver. We are working with an established international recruitment business offering structured training, hands-on mentorship and a clear pathway for progression. You'll have the support and platform to develop quickly while building valuable commercial skills across sales, business development, negotiation and relationship management.
