Delivery Truck Driver - CDL Class A

Schedule M-F 5:00am-2:00pm (hours may vary / OT possible) Compensation & Benefits $19.26 - $30.76 hourly, plus bonus or incentive plan eligible Competitive compensation, safe driver incentive, hourly bonus potential Benefits: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness programs 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match Paid time off (vacation, sick, personal, holiday, and parental leave) Employee assistance programs, associate discounts, community involvement opportunities Opportunities for growth and advancement—both professionally and financially Job Responsibilities Deliver materials to customers, assist with loading and unloading, and ensure delivery ticket accuracy Pickup customer returns, validate product match for credit requests Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, fuel the truck as needed, and report issues to supervisor Follow and implement all company safety policies and procedures Assist warehouse personnel with pulling and preparing orders for shipment, as well as receiving, verifying, staging, and stocking incoming material Work overtime as needed Adhere to all safety regulations, including correct PPE usage Qualifications Must hold a valid CDL Class A Must be at least 21 years of age Prior flatbed experience preferred Prior forklift and/or Moffett experience required Meet and maintain CDL qualifications and DOT standards Maintain a valid DOT Medical card Ability to lift items up to 50 lbs Background in warehouse operations and logistics (shipping, receiving, delivery) is a plus Strong communicator with a customer‑focused approach Basic technology proficiency, including iPads Pre‑Employment Requirements Pre‑employment drug and background screening required Pay Range $19.26 - $30.76 hourly (estimated ranges displayed).
