Location: Italy, TX
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 (salary depends on experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Concrete Traveling Superintendent to lead concrete operations across multiple project sites. The role is focused on executing high quality, on schedule concrete work from foundations and slabs to tilt up and precast while ensuring safety, structural integrity, and coordination with project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple structural concrete projects at once
• Join preconstruction planning and kickoff meetings
• Direct and mentor field supervisors and foremen
• Plan sequencing, manpower, equipment, and material needs
• Ensure safe, on-time, quality project completion
• Perform QC inspections for plan/spec compliance
• Proactively resolve field issues
• Keep crews working from current project documents
• Mentor foremen toward superintendent roles
• Champion safety culture across all job sites

Qualifications

• 5+ years in structural concrete construction, incl. 2+ years in a leadership role (PE, Foreman, or Superintendent)
• Strong knowledge of foundations, formwork, rebar, embeds, and placement
• Understanding of mix designs, curing, and weather considerations
• Skilled in reading construction drawings and specs
• Experience with scheduling, labor productivity, and cost control
• Familiarity with layout/surveying practices
• Proficient in MS Office; Procore experience a plus
