Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant

Renewal Rehab is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to support seniors in skilled nursing and post-acute care settings. In this role, you’ll implement evidence-based treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist to improve mobility, safety, and independence. You’ll provide one-on-one interventions, document progress in the EMR, and educate patients and caregivers.
