Community Wellness & Case Management Specialist
Triple C Housing, Inc.
Triple C Housing, Inc. is looking for a Community Support Specialist in North Brunswick Township, NJ, to provide case management and support services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations, managing an assigned caseload, and assisting individuals with daily living skills. A Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or related fields is required, along with organizational and communication skills. The position involves community-based work and travel for client services.
