What You'll Do As a Physical Therapy Assistant at Back 2 Health, youll play a key role in supporting our patients recovery and wellness journeys by: Providing hands-on treatment to patients under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist Educating patients and caregivers on exercises, equipment, and home care programs Documenting patient care and progress accurately in our EMR system Maintaining a clean and organized treatment area Monitoring and reporting changes in patient conditions promptly to the supervising PT Helping create a positive, motivating experience for every patient Who We're Looking For Youre someone who: Communicates clearly and compassionately with patients and teammates alike Has a strong understanding of physical therapy interventions and medical terminology Is detail-oriented, proactive, and dependable Works well in a fast-paced, team-first environment Is excited to help people feel better and get back to doing what they love Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program Current California PTA license (required) Current CPR certification Strong charting/documentation and basic computer skills Bilingual a plus, but not required Job Details Location : Burbank, CA Schedule : MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:00 PM (Full-Time, 40 hours/week) Start Date : ASAP Compensation : Competitive and based on experience Benefits (After 90 Days) Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) retirement plan Make a difference.
