PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We're hiring a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide in-home care across Northern Virginia. You'll be visiting patients in their homes, doing the hands-on OTA work that actually makes a difference — on a schedule you build around your life. This role is a good fit for COTAs who want clinical autonomy and real one-on-one time with patients without committing to full-time hours.

Pick up visits based on your availability — you tell us when you're free, we route patients your way

Provide home health occupational therapy services under the direction of a supervising OT, following the established plan of care

Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and adaptive techniques

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and home modifications

Communicate patient progress to the supervising OT

Document in the field on a company-issued tablet through WellSky

Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in Virginia (or eligible)

1+ year of clinical experience

Home health and OASIS experience preferred — if you don't have it yet, our clinical team will get you trained before you take your first visit on your own

WellSky experience is a plus but not required

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

W-2 status, not 1099 — taxes handled, workers' comp included

Based out of our Falls Church office, we cover Falls Church and the surrounding Northern Virginia communities — Arlington, Alexandria, Fairfax, McLean, Vienna, Reston, Herndon, Annandale, and Springfield. You'll generally work the area closest to where you live.
