This is a roaming supervisory position that requires regular travel between assigned locations. This position supports hiring, training, scheduling, employee development, client relations, and operational compliance while helping ensure all posts are staffed and operating efficiently. This is a working supervisor position. In addition to leadership responsibilities, you will respond to staffing needs, conduct site visits, complete administrative duties, and fill open shifts when operationally necessary.
