Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a range of responsibilities essential to delivering high-quality mental health care:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and available resources.

• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed practices.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to care.

• Develop, implement, and regularly review individualized treatment plans to ensure clients meet their therapeutic goals.

• Offer crisis intervention, personalized risk assessments, and safety planning strategies when required.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
