Project Director

Project DirectorRequired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or engineering or other related field required. 10+ years in construction leadership. Mission-critical or data center projects preferred. Campus-scale programs preferred. Strong knowledge of commissioning processes, L1-L5 testing, equipment startup, and system turnover. Experience with project scheduling, troubleshooting, RFIs, and change order management.Job Description: Insight Global is looking for a Project Director who will lead the successful delivery of mission critical construction projects by providing strategic oversight and operational leadership across all phases of the project lifecycle. This role ensures projects meet safety, financial, schedule, and quality objectives while maintaining strong client relationships and proactively managing risk. The Project Director serves as a key leader in advancing the organization's mission-critical market presence, guiding teams through complex technical and commercial challenges, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy and industry best practices. This will be a 6- to 12-month contract-to-hire opportunity located on-site in Reno, NV.
