Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide medication reminders and assist with prescribed medical treatments. Support mobility and transportation needs as required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Requirements Previous experience in direct care or related field is a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and reliably. Reliable transportation may be required. Pass background checks as per company and state guidelines.
