We’re currently seeking a  Full-Time Associate Dentist to join our vibrant team. If you're passionate about preventive care and love making patients feel confident and cared for, we’d love to meet you.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and personable  Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is committed to providing high-quality care, building long-term patient relationships, and contributing to a positive office culture.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive dental care, including exams, restorative procedures, cosmetic treatments, and preventive services
• Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and long-term care strategies
• Build trusting relationships with patients by fostering a welcoming and compassionate environment
• Collaborate closely with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
• Stay current with advances in dentistry and integrate new techniques and technologies into patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and uphold the highest standards of infection control, safety, and compliance
• Contribute to a positive office culture by supporting colleagues and participating in team development

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
• Active California dental license
• Five (5) years or more of clinical experience in general dentistry
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
