Job Description

As a Radiation Therapy Aide, you will play a critical role in the daily operations of our radiation oncology department. You will work alongside a specialized team of oncologists, dosimetrists, physicists, radiation therapists and nurses to ensure our patients receive seamless, high-quality care. Your primary mission is to optimize clinical flow by supporting licensed Radiation Therapists in patient logistics, room preparation, and administrative efficiency.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required with Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology preferred.

Experience: 2 or more years previous/recent work experience in patient care and customer service needed .

Skills: Strong communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to empathetic patient care.
