Job Title: Account RepresentativeLocation: Richmond, VA What we’re looking for:We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with our customers, sales teams, and internal teams to initiate front-end processes and help deliver exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.What you’ll be responsible for in this role: Determine customer product needs Configure products to provide quotations to customers /salesPrice quotations / orders and reconcile pricing discrepanciesLiaise with Engineering to determine technical feasibility of new products / configurations/ optionsPrepare customer bid packages Act as internal point of contact for account(s) incoming and outgoing funnelOther duties that may be assigned What are the basic qualifications?
