Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, builders, and industry professionals
• Prospect for new business and grow existing customer accounts
• Manage sales opportunities from initial contact through closing
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and product solutions based on customer needs
• Conduct regular in-person meetings with trade professionals
• Maintain accurate product knowledge and provide consultative solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and new products to better serve customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in building products, construction, or a related industry
• Proven success in account development, prospecting, and closing sales
• Strong understanding of building plans, products, and construction processes preferred
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
• Comfortable traveling throughout an assigned territory
