The Role:

As General Manager , you're the heartbeat of the restaurant. You set the tone, lead the team, manage the business, and bring the HipBurger vision to life every day. You're not afraid to roll up your sleeves, dive into the action, and keep everything running smooth and spicy.

What You'll Be Owning:

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, coach, and inspire a high-performing crew that delivers with energy and excellence
• Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves happy, full, and ready to post about us
• Daily Operations: Oversee all aspects of the restaurant-front of house, back of house, drive-thru, cleanliness, safety, and vibe
• Financial Performance: Hit goals for sales, labor, food costs, and controllables-while keeping quality sky-high
• Scheduling & Staffing: Build smart schedules, balance labor, and keep the floor fully powered
• Culture & Vibes: Create a positive, supportive, and fun work environment that people want to be part of
• Brand Standards: Keep everything on-brand, on-point, and on fire
• Growth & Development: Develop your team, grow future leaders, and create a strong bench

You Bring:

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR/fast casual preferred)
• Leadership that inspires-your team loves working with you
• Operational skills and business smarts-you're comfortable with data, systems, and decisions
• A guest-first mindset with a high service standard
• Great communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure and keep your cool during rushes
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
