Solution Architecture Design endtoend scalable and secure architectures leveraging Salesforce Financial Services Cloud FSC Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
DomainSpecific Data Modeling Architect tailored data models using standard FSC objects eg Financial Accounts Households Person Accounts Actionable Relationship Center and Life Events
Integration Strategy Define robust integration patterns using MuleSoft or enterprise APIs to connect FSC seamlessly with core banking wealth management insurance and ERP backend systems
Responsibility
Regulatory Compliance Alignment Enforce strict data governance sharing models and security architectures to meet global financial industry standards eg GDPR FINRA PCIDSS
Stakeholder Engagement Translate complex banking and wealth management business requirements into clear technical roadmaps targetstate designs and user stories
Technical Governance Establish development standards CICD deployment strategies and best practices across Apex LWC OmniStudio and Flow automation
Performance Data Volume Optimization Architect solutions handling Large Data Volumes LDV mitigating data skew risks and maintaining platform performance
Ecosystem AI Integration Oversee the integration of adjacent technologies including Data Cloud CRM Analytics Agentforce and document automation tools Team Leadership Mentorship Guide mentor and perform technical design reviews for developers functional architects and implementation leads throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications Certifications Hold key certifications eg Salesforce FSC Accredited Professional SystemApplication Architect with 8 years of Salesforce experience and proven enterprise delivery
