As part of this organizational expansion, we are also preparing to welcome our first-ever Zeta High School class of 9th graders in the 2026-27 school year, a milestone that marks the next chapter in our mission to provide a world-class, PreK-12 pathway. To achieve our vision, we are searching for Music Teachers with a Bachelor's degree, at least 1-2+ years of teaching experience, and demonstrate strong content knowledge and passion for music education.

Responsibilities:

• Execute a bold vision of excellence in music education , designing inquiry-driven, musically rigorous lessons that inspire joy, creativity, and deep engagement for all students.
• Build a vibrant, inclusive classroom culture where students develop a genuine love for music and families feel connected to a strong, welcoming community.
• Use data, student work, and research-based instructional tools to monitor progress, refine instruction, and drive student growth in musical knowledge and skill.
• Develop authentic, trusting relationships with students and families to support each child's personal, academic, and artistic development.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues and engage in ongoing professional learning, embracing feedback and coaching to continuously strengthen your teaching practice.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives and provide instructional support as needed, ensuring music is meaningfully integrated into the broader school experience.
• Lead a high-quality after-school music program that deepens students' passion, builds technical skill, and expands opportunities for performance and enrichment.

We are hiring for the 2026-2027 school year.  The salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $105,500. New hires can expect to be brought into the organization at a salary closer to the beginning of the range, depending on relevant experience and internal equity. Compensation is based on our salary scales.

Zeta offers a relocation reimbursement of up to $2,500 for eligible Teachers relocating to join our school community.
