Sales & Service Garage Door Technician

ProLift Garage Doors is hiring a Sales & Service Technician for our Bucks, Montgomery, and Chester County territory — and this is a role where what you earn is up to you. Base pay plus commission on the doors, openers, and upgrades you sell in the field means the harder and smarter you work, the more you take home. Our top technicians earn well into the $220,000 range. You'll be trained on premium Hörmann doors and LiftMaster openers, handed qualified service calls , and set up with a stocked company truck and ServiceTitan on a tablet to quote and close right in the driveway. What You'll Do Run pre-scheduled service and installation calls for residential and commercial customers Diagnose the problem, present options, and close the sale: springs, openers, full door replacements, and upgrades Build tickets and quotes on the spot in ServiceTitan and earn commission on what you sell Deliver clean, professional workmanship that earns 5-star reviews and repeat business Turn every call into an opportunity, for the customer and for your paycheck What We're Looking For A closer's mindset in a technician's body, you like fixing things AND you like selling Garage door, trades, in-home sales, or hands-on mechanical experience is a plus (we'll train the right hustler) Comfortable talking price and value with homeowners — confident, not pushy Valid driver's license and clean driving record Physically able to handle lifting, ladders, and field work in varied conditions Gate experience a plus What You'll Earn Base + Uncapped Commission: $10/hour base + commission On-Target Earnings: $180,000 –$220,00/year OTE for top performers earn more Company truck, tools, tablet, and uniforms provided Paid training on premium product and in-home sales process Benefits: 401k, Healthcare, and PTO Room to grow into lead tech, trainer, or management as we expand across two locations Ready to Earn?
