Wagmore Co is dedicated to helping pets live their best lives by providing 5-star mobile grooming services directly to our clients doors, delivered by compassionate, caring professionals. Our groomers appreciate the flexible schedules, and the client and pet relationships they build. Additionally, they appreciate the ability to focus on quality grooms (average 4-6 per day), and their independence operating from our new Mercedes grooming vans. Finally, Wagmore Co committed to our community, by providing grooming services for M Health Fairview University of Minnesota Masonic Children's Hospital Therapy Dogs - Fern, Inka & Jersey, and Ronald McDonald House's house dog, Bernie. Location: Twin Cities, MN
Job Type: Part Time, Flexible Schedule, with the opportunity to transition to Full Time - we will invest in our groomers!
Compensation/Benefits
- Competitive commission-based compensation. Hourly pay between $28 to $40 per hour (including tips). You can create your own success and become a full-time employee'

Key Responsibilities
- Working with clients to customize the best grooming experience for their pups
- Drive the mobile grooming van to clients’ residences
- Perform grooming services including baths, haircuts, cuts, nail trims and ear cleaning
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all pups during grooming
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of professional grooming experience or graduation from an accredited grooming school
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Compassionate and caring personality and ability to handle the range of dog temperaments
