We’re seeking an Industrial Electro‑Mechanical Reliability Technician who lives for tough diagnostics, precision maintenance, and continuous improvement. You’ll join an amazing team in a stable environment designed for longevity, learning, and advancement.

A corrugator line alarms. You review the PLC trend, trace a control loop to a faulty transmitter, confirm with your multimeter, and bring the drive back online—safely, quickly, and to GMP standards. Then you document the fix, capture a lesson learned, and plan a preventive measure. If that’s your kind of day, you’ll feel right at home.

• Restore and sustain equipment health across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Lead troubleshooting on PLCs (Allen Bradley & Siemens), VFDs, instrumentation, and control loops.
• Execute PMs and corrective work to protect uptime and improve reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering on new equipment electrical requirements and upgrades.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and champion a safety‑first culture.

• 4+ years troubleshooting electrical systems to 480V 3‑phase
• 3+ years diagnosing Allen Bradley or Siemens PLC systems
• Strong grasp of circuits, sensors, automation, and control systems
• Expert at reading schematics/diagrams and performing machine audits; capable of drawing circuits
• Analytical, hands‑on, and detail‑oriented; works well solo and within a team
• Comfort partnering with engineering; dedicated to safety and quality

• 4+ years in automation/controls troubleshooting with mechanical/electrical aptitude; AB/Siemens PLCs preferred
• Blueprint and electrical schematic proficiency
• NEC and NFPA working knowledge
• Experience assisting with electrical planning for new equipment installations
• 4+ years of electro‑mechanical maintenance in industrial/manufacturing, repairing shafts, bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, drives, and working with 3‑phase power
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems background

• Corrugator Machine production maintenance, including wet and dry end troubleshooting; controls and drive systems expertise
• Experience in GMP environments
