Driver - Warehouse & Local Delivery

Start your career in a hands-on role that combines warehouse work and local deliveries, with a clear path into sales, purchasing, project management, or other operations positions. You'll learn the business from the ground up while working closely with customers, warehouse teams, and sales staff.

What You'll Do

• Pull, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery.
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Make local deliveries to customer job sites and shops using a company box truck or flatbed truck.
• Provide friendly, professional service during deliveries and customer interactions.
• Help maintain organized inventory and a safe, clean warehouse.
• Process orders, inventory updates, and delivery records using a computer.
• Verify orders using basic math and reading skills.
• Follow all safety procedures and company driving policies.
• Learn products, processes, and customer needs to prepare for future growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• At least 21 years old with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable with physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic computer, math, and reading skills.
• Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Interest in building a long-term career in sales or operations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse, delivery, logistics, or inventory role.
• Experience driving box trucks or flatbed trucks.
• Forklift experience (training available).
• College or trade school education is a plus but not required.

Work Environment

You'll split your time between warehouse operations and local deliveries. The role is active and fast-paced, involving order fulfillment, inventory handling, equipment operation, and customer deliveries. Safety, teamwork, and dependable service are key to success in this position.

Job Type & Location: This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moses Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
