Regional Sales Manager

JCW is currently recruiting on behalf of a leading organization in the agriculture space for a Regional Sales Manager – West to join their team. This role focuses on insurance sales and distribution, leading a team of sales agents across a multi-state territory, driving performance, and supporting key client relationships. This role is based out of Kansas City and requires regular travel across territories including the Texas Panhandle, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, Utah, and Central California. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and manage a team of 4 sales agents, driving accountability, performance, and execution across the territory Support key accounts and complex opportunities while providing guidance and oversight to agents throughout the sales process Travel regularly (approximately 2 weeks per month) to meet with clients and partner with agents in the field Qualifications 5+ years of experience in insurance sales or commercial lines Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience working with agricultural clients, dairy operations, or rural markets strongly preferred If you're interested, please apply directly or email your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr JCW Group
