Role Description
As the Autonomous Systems Architect, you will become the lead architect for growing our current lead generation systems for our 2026 objective. Specifically, we want to grow our offers from a handful to at least 100 by the end of 2026. You will be the guiding force in automating our marketing, collaborating with Senior Marketing Generalists to focus their time effectively. Your primary objective is to build and maintain the marketing infrastructure that allows us to scale from five offers to over 100 by the end of the year.
Your responsibilities include:
- Workflow Orchestration: Design and deploy complex automations that connect our custom CRM, ad platforms, funnel software, landing pages, payment processors, and other systems.
- AI Implementation: Integrate LLMs and AI agents into daily operations to automate creative drafting, data analysis, and customer interactions.
- Systemic Optimization: Build systems that automatically initiate "Challenger vs. Champion" tests across all 100 offers.
- Rapid Deployment: Create "offer templates" that allow new products to go from concept to live-market testing with minimal human hours required.
- Data Architecture: Ensure accurate tracking of LTV, ROAS, and custom metrics like lead value, providing real-time analytics for analysis.
- AI Leverage: Utilize expert-level understanding of AI agents and systems to optimize time, tasks, and marketing duties.
Qualifications
- Proven Systems Experience: 1+ years experience building complex automations.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert level in Make.com/Zapier, Claude Code, Codex, AI Prompt Engineering, API integrations, Google Workspace/Apps Script.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify bottlenecks that require automation before they materialize.
- Attention to Detail: Must be meticulous and detail-oriented, as one broken link can ruin 100 funnels.
- Adaptability: A constant learner who researches and stays ahead of the curve in the AI landscape.
