We are looking for an IT Enterprise Analyst to support key business systems within a higher education environment in Tuskegee, Alabama. This role partners with campus stakeholders to improve application performance, analyze operational needs, and help maintain reliable enterprise solutions that support finance, payroll, and related business functions. The ideal candidate brings a strong service mindset, solid analytical ability, and experience working across both technical teams and business users.
Responsibilities:• Partner with departments and technical teams to evaluate business needs and translate them into practical system solutions for enterprise applications.
• Provide day-to-day support for enterprise platforms related to finance, payroll, and other core administrative functions.
• Configure applications and workflows to align system behavior with operational requirements and institutional processes.
• Participate in implementation activities, including setup, validation, issue resolution, and readiness for production use.
• Create and execute testing activities to confirm system changes, integrations, and updates function as expected.
• Troubleshoot application issues, investigate root causes, and coordinate timely resolutions with users and support partners.
• Develop reports and assist stakeholders in accessing meaningful system data for decision-making and operations.
• Work closely with internal clients to prioritize requests, communicate updates, and deliver responsive customer-focused support.• At least 3 years of experience supporting enterprise applications, ERP platforms, or other business-critical systems.
• Background supporting finance systems, HR systems, payroll applications, or comparable administrative business software.
• Experience gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and recommending effective workflow or system improvements.
• Hands-on knowledge of application configuration, implementation support, testing, reporting, and production support activities.
• Familiarity with Workday is preferred; experience with Banner, Ellucian, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar enterprise systems is also valued.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, end users, and IT teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability, sound analytical skills, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
