Stepdown Registered Nurse *Night Shift*

Registered Nurse (RN) LTACH/Stepdown
Custom Healthcare is hiring RN for a hospital contract in Macon, GA! Locals and travelers are welcome! Shift: Nights Available Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week Rotation: Every Other Weekend Required 13 week assignment - highly likely to renew Pay Rate: $52/hour Acuity: Highest acuity would be those patients on vents with vasoactive drips that we are titrating up. Lowest acuity would be a patient getting 6-8 weeks of IV antibiotics. Critical drips include Vasopressin, Levophed, Dopamine and some sedations as we titrate the drip UP. Once we start titrating the drip down or we are not titrating at the time, the drip is no longer critical. Drips like Amiodarone, Heparin, NonTitrated Cardizem, and such are not considered critical drips Nurse Patient Ratios Typical load is 4-5: 1 (you will have patients w/trachs and some on stable vents) EHR We are on EPIC Our nurses are expected to draw their own labs We use Omnicell for Med dispense.
